INGRIDIENTS

1 kilong manok

Mantika

Bawang

Luya balatan at hiwain

Sayote balatan, yung loob linisin at hiwain

Malunggay leaves

2 cup water

1 chicken cubes

Asin at paminta ti taste

Patis

1.Kapag translucent na yung sibuyas ilagay yung manok. Isabay ang asin, paminta at chicken cube to taste. Cook for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally

2.Lagyan ng tubig at patis. bring to a boil, hinaan yung kalaan and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Pwedeng mong dagdagan ng tubig pag umonti.

3.Ilagay yung sayote and simmer for about 10-15 minutes o di kaya kapag luto na yung sayote.

4.Patayin yung kalan at ilagay ang malungay tapos takpan for about 5 minutes.
